I've been considering buying my domain name for a while now.

"Why?" you ask?

Because I want to be just like the cool kids! Everyone is doing it, ya know.

It's not like I needed to own my own custom domain name. I just wanted to.

You know, for when I become a big bad blogging celebrity, and everyone wants to follow my blog. They need to know where to find me. I'm only thinking of my devoted fans.

I have a feeling that one of these days I'm going to turn into a big girl, and venture out into the big scary internet world, and decide to host my blog some where other than blogger.

The thing is that I'm a bit of a picture whore, and I've already used up about 50% of my photo storage space. Eventually, I'm going to run out of space. So, when I reach the point of having to pay to add more storage space, I see myself deciding to pay to host my blog elsewhere instead. If and when that happens, I'm going to want to keep my same domain name. So, to make sure that it will always be mine, I decide to just go ahead and purchase it now.
